Growing design and build firms run their work across spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools. Project progress, bids, tasks, and finances all live in separate places, so no one has a clear, real time picture of how the business is doing or where things are stuck.
Solution :
A single workspace that brings the whole operation together. Teams can track each project across its phases, follow every bid from draft to won or lost, organize tasks across board, calendar, and list views, and watch revenue and cashflow at a glance. A unified dashboard turns all of it into clear, visual insight.
Challenge :
The hardest part was turning a wide range of business data into one coherent, fast, and genuinely pleasant interface. That meant designing a flexible data model, building a large set of custom interactive charts, and keeping everything responsive and polished without overwhelming the user.

A clean, end to end CRM that gives design and build teams one place to manage projects, bids, tasks, and finances. It replaces scattered tools with a single source of truth and presents complex business data through a fast, modern, highly visual interface.
