PayVity Parcels is an official Amazon Hub Counter partner based in Frankfurt, offering parcel drop off, pickup, returns, and worldwide shipping. As a local service competing with anonymous postal infrastructure, they needed a website that felt approachable and trustworthy in equal measure, while clearly explaining how the Amazon Counter and Locker services work to first time users. The site was built in German for the local Frankfurt audience, with a clean, friendly tone that matches the in store experience.

Process :
I started by stripping the messaging down to what a parcel customer actually needs to know in the first ten seconds: what PayVity does, where they are, and how to use them. The hero leads with a direct value statement and a single call to action. From there, the site walks visitors through services, benefits, and a three step usage guide that turns the unfamiliar Amazon Counter process into something anyone can follow. I built the structure around scannable blocks rather than long paragraphs, since most visitors arrive with a quick task in mind. Visual treatment uses warm photography of trucks, planes, and parcels to subconsciously reinforce the logistics theme without leaning on stock cliches.

Highlights :
A clear three step explainer that demystifies the Amazon Counter pickup process for new users. A services section with toggleable cards for Amazon Counter and Amazon Locker, letting visitors compare options side by side. A trust block highlighting the four reasons customers choose PayVity, from official Amazon partnership to flexible evening and weekend hours. Animated counters showing parcels sent, countries served, and customer reviews to build social proof at a glance. Localized entirely in German with proper handling of umlauted URLs (like /über-uns). A focused FAQ that answers the practical questions first time shippers actually ask, from delivery times to insurance coverage.
